Refrigeration Engineer - PT Esco Bintan Indonesia

Key Tasks
- Analyze, design, develop, and enhance thermal control systems
- Conduct thermal analysis, mechanical calculations and network with developers/ engineers
- Perform prototype design, evaluation, testing and integration
- Prepare and update results documentation, engineering drawings and operation procedures
- Assist and support manufacturing and production issues as well as provide consultation/ improvement plan
- Prepare & update risk assessment on design, process & product
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Refrigeration Engineer
- Experience minimal 2-3 years of experience in refrigerator/freezer manufacturing
- Good knowledge of heat transfer, fluids dynamics, cooling, and ventilation analysis, and compressor selection preferred
- Knowledge of refrigeration theories, cooling load capacity, and practices
- Familiar with actual production methods/ brazing methodology
- Good command in written and verbal English
- Able to work cross-culture, cross-functionally, and across disciplines
- Knowledge of 3D modelling software (e.g. Vertex, Solidwork, Autocad, etc) will be a great advantage
