A Japanese trading company is looking for Field Service Engineer for Surakarta placement.
Requirements:

• Domicile in Solo/Surakarta or nearby.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical engineer.
• 1 year experience as Field Technical Engineer/Support, facing clients.
• Experience or knowledge in Digital Printer is preferable.
• Communicative in English (spoken and written).
• Good personality, good communication skill.
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
• Willing to be placed all around Indonesia (for company expansion).

Job responsibilities:

• Provide high quality technical services both for software and hardware to customers, partners dealer, and other engineer.
• Provide support to customer by answering calls, replying to emails and on-site support, focusing on high quality, accurate and satisfying services.
• Analysing and clarifying customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base article/known issues.
• Reporting to management.
• Provide scheduled product training to agents and customers.
• Hardware maintenance.

Work Location: Solo (Surakarta), Jawa Tengah
Status: Permanent after 3 months probation
Salary Offer: IDR 5-7 million net (negotiable depends on experience and skill)
Working day/hour: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
