PT Jababeka Tbk was established in 1989 and is the first publicly listed industrial estate developer in Indonesia, being listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange since 1994.

The Company’s flagship development is the 5,600 hectare fully integrated township, Kota Jababeka in Cikarang, with an estimated population of over 1 million people. The township lies only 35 kilometer east of Jakarta, strategically located along the Bekasi-Cikampek corridor, which contains a dozen of industrial estates that cater to light, medium and automotive industries. Kota Jababeka is accessible by toll and railroad and can be reached by car in approximately 30-40 minutes from Jakarta’s Central Business District.

Kota Jababeka is a self-contained township with an industrial estate that is home to around 1,650 local and multinational companies from 30 countries (i.e. USA, UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Australia, Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc) employing over 700,000 workers and 4,300 expatriates. Jababeka’s tenants include multinationals such as Loreal, ICI Paints, Mattel, Samsung, Unilever, United Tractors, Akzo Nobel, and Nissin Mas.

Using Kota Jababeka as the blueprint, The Company is developing an integrated township in Tanjung Lesung that caters to the tourism, hospitality and leisure industries. Tanjung Lesung, lies approximately 200 kilometers southwest of Jakarta.

In addition, the Company has also embarked on a township development project together with Sembcorp Development Indonesia Pte. Ltd., the subsidiaries of Sembcorp (Singapore) in the Kendal Regency of Central Java, which is strategically located about 21km west of Semarang , the Capital of Central Java, 20km from Ahmad Yani International Airport, and 25km to Tanjung Emas Seaport. Furthermore, Jababeka owns office space in Jakarta’s central Business District; Menara Batavia, which also serves as the company’s representative office.

As Kota Jababeka increased in size and population, the need for supporting and leisure facilities emerged and the Company added an education park, central business district, golf course, business club, and several other facilities, at which point the Company became a true township developer.

With the inauguration of the Power Plant and Dry Port, the Company put its Beyond Property motto into practice, which is further endorsed by the Mix Used Development projects. The Company has evolved to become a fully integrated enterprise, offering a full range of real estate and infrastructure products as well as logistics facilities with the beginning of its dry port project.

General Description of Jobs :

Melakukan pekerjaan audit stock dan penyelidikan kemungkinan penyimpangan yang terjadi dalam lingkup sales maupun operational di lapangan.

Responsibilities

1. Mengidentifikasi dan menangani masalah apa pun yang mungkin timbul terkait dengan kepatuhan atau keselamatan, yang jika diabaikan dapat mengakibatkan kerugian untuk Perusahaan.
2. Melakukan pengecekan dan penyidikan mulai dari lingkup stok barang, penjualan, pengiriman barang sampai penagihan ke lapangan.
3. Melakukaan perjalanan dinas jika dibutuhkan untuk melakukan audit internal di kantor cabang dan melaporkan penyimpangan yang terjadi.
4. Pengendalian transaksi, melakukan pemantauan, analisa dan membuat laporan untuk transaksi terkait prosedur dan resiko
5. Perekaman dan pengkinian data customer, melakukan perubahan pada data yang perlu diperbaiki dan melakukan koordinasi dengan Operational Control Manager
6. Memeriksa dan emmastikan bahwa dokumen yang didistribusikan telah melalui tahap pengesahan
7. Memastikan keakuratan setiap dokumen yang ada serta mendaftarnya dengan baik
8. Bertanggung jawab penuh untuk menyimpan dokumen dengan rapi
9. Memastikan setiap dokumen ter-update dan sesuai dengan system

Requirements :

1. Berpendidikan min. S1 Perpajakan /Keuangan/Akuntansi/setara

Having been, in the tea business since 1940s in the small town of SLAWI in Central Java, Indonesia, the SOSRODJOJO family decided to enter the nation's capital, Jakarta in 1960s.

In the effort of doing so, they found that brewing the tea and pouring it into clean, used bottles was the best way to do 'Taste Test'. After several years of using this method of promotion, the idea of selling ready-to-drink tea in a bottle was born. In 1969, the first bottles of Teh Botol SOSRO were introduced to the market and quickly established itself as the market leader. In answer to this growing popularity, the SOSRODJOJO family opened their first factory in Bekasi - Jawa Barat in 1974, under the name of PT. Sinar Sosro. This was the first factory for ready-to-drink- tea in glass bottles, not only in Indonesia, but also the world! With the aim of target of new segment, offering additional benefits and more choices flavours and packaging, PT. Sinar Sosro continues to launch more new tea and non tea beverages in conventional as well as new packaging. Currently, PT. Sinar Sosro has 11 factories, more than 160 sales offices and warehouses and about 8,000 employees throughout Indonesia. Its product range includes our first and leading product "Tehbotol Sosro", made from freshly brewed Jasmine Tea and sweetened with cane sugar. For teenagers market, PT. Sinar Sosro offers its "Sosro Fruit Tea" series of products, a perfect combination of black tea and fruit concentrates. It is available in variety of flavors. As Indonesian market has become more health conscious, PT. Sinar Sosro introduced its green tea products under the flagship of "Sosro Joy Tea", as the consumers are more concerned about their health, this product has a good potential in the future. Throughout time, PT. Sinar Sosro also launched non tea based a non still beverage. For instance, PT. Sinar Sosro also aims to be a part of Drinking Water category with its "Prim-A" series. Another innovative product called "TEBS"; a unique ready to drink tea mixed with soda is also added to PT. Sinar Sosro products.
